Sandra Ashoff is a nurse psychotherapist (A.P.R.N., B.C.). She is a Board Certified as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health. Sandy has over 20 years experience working with adults and couples, helping them with issues such as depression, anxiety, family problems and other troubling life situations. She has specialized expertise in working with Post Traumatic Stress and women who are struggling with trauma issues.
